為回饋廣大客戶對本公司的支援和信賴，橙聯現推出禮品卡積分返還優惠活動，禮品卡積分獎勵期間使用SpeedPAK服務將可以獲得禮品卡積分並抵扣之後的服務費用。具體條款及細則如下：
In order to incentivize customers’ support and loyalty, Orange Connex has launched the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points Program. Digital Gift Cards will be earned for service fees spent on SpeedPAK services during the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points Period.
1．禮品卡積分獎勵期間自2019年2月1日起至2019年2月28日止（以香港時間計）。
The Digital Gift Cards Reward Points Period effects from February 1, 2019 and ends on February 28, 2019 (Hong Kong time).
2．每個eBay帳戶最高獎勵金額為10,000美元。若每個帳戶的獎勵金額不足20美元，則不另行給付獎勵。
For every single eBay account, the maximum award on gift card will be no more than 10,000 USD; and for any single eBay account, there will be no redemption if total award of gift card values less than 20 USD.
1．禮品卡積分獎勵期間，您使用SpeedPAK服務，每次消費將獲得一定禮品卡積分。消費額不累計計算。
You will receive certain Digital Gift Cards Reward Points for eligible expenses spent on using SpeedPAK service during the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points Period. Eligible expenses are non-cumulative.
2．您在禮品卡積分獎勵期間內使用SpeedPAK服務所獲得的禮品卡積分，將在禮品卡積分獎勵核算之後的十五（15）個工作日內由系統自動充值進入您的eDIS帳戶。獲贈禮品卡積分不存在現金價值。如您對所獲得的禮品卡積分有任何疑問，請聯絡橙聯的客戶服務中心。
Digital Gift Cards Reward Points obtained during the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points Period will be automatically credited to your eDIS account within fifteen (15) business days after verification of your entitlement of the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points. Points Reward Points do not carry any cash value. If you have any enquiries with regard to your Digital Gift Cards Rewards Points, please contact the customer services center of Orange Connex.
3．可累積禮品卡積分的費用為實際使用SpeedPAK服務的消費費用，不包括退款、折扣或以除eDIS帳戶餘額之外其他形式支付的費用。若您申請對SpeedPAK服務退款且橙聯接受及批核該申請，則該筆服務原可獲取的禮品卡積分亦會相應撤銷扣除。
Eligible expenses are calculated on an actual-spent basis of using the SpeedPAK services, which do not include any refunds, discounts, or payments made in any forms other than cash balance in your eDIS account. If you claim a refund of SpeedPAK services, and Orange Connex accepts and approves the relevant SpeedPAK services fees, the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points received from such transaction will be cancelled accordingly.
4．為免疑義，橙聯無責任也無義務就任何其未能正常記錄、追蹤或未經其政策、程式和系統認可的交易向客戶提供禮品卡積分獎勵。禮品卡積分不能與橙聯其它優惠活動同享。橙聯保留其權利i) 限制您參與本次優惠活動或某些特定活動，ii）更改您在本次優惠活動中可以取得的禮品卡積分數， 及iii）修改本次優惠活動中的禮品卡積分兌換比例和額度。
For avoidance of doubt, Orange Connex shall not be held responsible for, nor shall Orange Connex be obligated to provide Digital Gift Cards Reward Points to its participants for, any transaction or activity that is not properly recorded, tracked and/or deemed approved under the Orange Connex policies, procedures and systems. Digital Gift Cards Rewards Points cannot be used or combined with other special offers from Orange Connex. Orange Connex reserves its rights to i) restrict your participation into this promotion and/or other promotions, ii) change the number of eligible Digital Gift Cards Reward Points you earned under this promotion, and iii) modify the number of Digital Gift Cards Reward Points required for redemption.
1．禮品卡積分有效期為6個月，自進入您的eDIS帳戶之日起算。期滿未使用的，餘額自動作廢。
The validity period for the Digital Gift Cards Reward Points is six (6) months since the date they credited into your eDIS account. Any Digital Gift Cards Reward Points will be cleared upon expiration the validity period.
1．當使用SpeedPAK服務時，每一點禮品卡積分代表消費金額港幣0.01元，將用於根據本規則及其他任何補充規則抵扣您之後使用SpeedPAK服務所產生的運費。所獲禮品卡積分不可用於任何其它用途，不能提現返還，也不能在帳戶之間轉移，不得出售或交換，一經出售一概無效。
Each one (1) Digital Card Cards Reward Point represents HK$ 0.01 when using SpeedPAK services. Digital Gift Cards Reward Points can be used for setting off the expenses incurred for using SpeedPAK orders pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable additional terms. Except for the abovementioned reward, Digital Gift Cards Reward Points are not allowed to be used on any other services, redeemed as cash, transferred, exchanged and sold to others.
2．使用禮品卡積分支付SpeedPAK服務產生的運費時，該部分消費不重複計入其它後續推出的SpeedPAK市場活動（包括但不限於禮品卡積分、積分、折扣、抵扣等優惠活動）。使用禮品卡積分的服務不可開具發票。
Any expenses of using SpeedPAK through redemption of Digital Gift Cards Reward Points will not be counted in the calculation of (including but not limited to Digital Gift Cards Reward Points, credits, discount) any other promotional programs or activities of SpeedPAK services. No invoice will be provided to rewarded services.
此項活動及其規則的最終解釋權歸橙聯所有。如中文版本與英文翻譯本有不一致之處，，應以中文版本為准。
Orange Connex reserves the right to final interpretation of this program. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of inconsistency between the Chinese language version and the English language translation.
